12 Ways to Keep Outdoor Curtains from Blowing in the Wind

Making outdoor curtains is really not that difficult, but it can be a challenge to keep them from flying around in the wind. Since outdoor curtain are not only decoration, but provide privacy and block light, they need to stay put.
